As members of many professional letting bodies including ARLA Propertymark, The Property Ombudsman, ARLA Propertymark inventories (formerly the Association of Professional Inventory Providers) you can be assured that we take the letting and management of your property very seriously. We have codes of practice to adhere to and this is your guarantee that your money and property is safe.

Our premier service is a full and complete management service including everything from advertising the property, accompanied viewings, drawing up the tenancy agreement, inventory, collecting and distributing the rent, periodic property inspections to checking the tenant out. Additionally, we can offer rental guarantee insurance giving you even more peace of mind.

We put great importance on providing a personal and professional service to both our landlords and tenants alike. We are looking for long term, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Landlord Schedule of Fees

The following fees will apply up to the 1st June 2019

Full Management Service – 12% (inc VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent
Full Management Set Up Fee – £210 (inc VAT) deducted by the Agent from the 1st months rent.

The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

Additional Charges

Professional hourly rate – £50 per hour (inc VAT) Charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services
Tenancy Renewal fee – £90 (inc VAT)
Major works fee – 12% (inc VAT) of the total works.

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all our fees. In accordance with consumer legislation it is quoted as included in the prices stated above.
